Description
Payroll Support
Assist with the printing and data entry of timecards and reimbursements into the payroll system.
Sort checks and coordinate their distribution to appropriate jobsite and office locations.
Respond to employee requests for information/reports, as needed.
Respond to requests for verification of employment, as needed.
Assist Payroll Department with filing and the setup of new hire and rehire folders.
Distribute payroll mail.
Accounting Support
Attach purchase order and receiver to invoices as received.
Assist in the data entry of invoices into the accounting system.
Support Accounting Department with AP aging reports and vendor statement reconciliations.
Assist accounts payable with weekly check runs by pulling back up, as needed.
Assist with filing, copying and mailing as required by the Accounting Department.
Other Duties
Attend seminars/educational training programs as required.
Perform any other related or unrelated, unassigned, unspecified duty that may be needed from time to time.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma required.
Experience: 1-2 year’s administrative experience.
Skills: Proven ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficient 10-key and typing skills. A good math/accounting aptitude. High attention to detail, aptitude for learning new things and must be able to work under pressure.
Physical: Includes sitting, standing, reaching, walking; use of hands, arms, legs, and feet. Must be able to see and hear (with mechanical assistance if necessary) sufficient to understand and comprehend individual one-on-one conversations.
Communication: Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Ability to communicate effectively and positively with customers, vendors and employees.
Computer: Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with accounting or payroll software is desirable.

Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Payroll Departments while conducting yourself in a manner consistent with KHS&S core ideology. As an employee owner, act in the company’s best interest and in support of the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
