We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ!
Responsibilities for this position include:
Price all Time and Material tickets (T&M) and Daily Acceleration Work tickets according to job negotiated rates/markups and produce cover letters. Also, verify T&M tickets with time cards to ensure all costs are accounted for.
Provide administrative support to all departments including filing, typing, faxing, managing files, scanning, and other projects.
Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
Conform to all company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned
To be successful in this position, the candidate must have:
1-2 years of administrative experience is preferred.
Ability to welcome and relate to all external and internal customers and phone customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Knowledge of Windows based computer programs, including spreadsheets and word processing programs.
Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus!
