Description
The Direct Marketing Manager will have the experience to make an impact by delivering key content and messaging through email, print mail, advertising and various other digital channels while driving customer engagement and conversion. This individual must be a self-starter, possess excellent follow-through skills and have the ability to work well with a team. To be successful in this position, the optimal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in direct marketing including the proficient use of email marketing software and CRM, marketing automation software proficiency a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
Execute direct marketing campaigns aligned with strategic business goals
Utilize email marketing tools and CRM to deploy highly effective customer campaigns
Develop and manage the e-mail marketing database, opt-in/opt-out, preference centers, etc.
Proactively manage end-to-end direct/digital marketing specific projects
Monitor strategic KPIs and key digital metrics
Stay current on digital marketing/media developments and technology changes
Effectively communicate and provide frequent updates to the Marketing Team and leadership
Requirements
Proven work experience in executing direct marketing/digital marketing campaigns (minimum of 3 years)
Practical working knowledge of email marketing best practices, digital tools, CRM, direct mail, SMS, etc.
Experience with customer databases and database management within CRM systems
Excellent analytical and project management skills
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
Other duties may be assigned
After receipt of conditional offer of employment, must be able to pass drug screen/physical/background check
This position is in office, with a Monday through Friday schedule in Santa Ana, CA.
