As Director, Digital Marketing you will report to the SVP of eCommerce to establish our omnichannel marketing automation practice with the mission to drive platform adoption and organic account growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Plan, implement and manage the overall digital marketing strategy to accelerate adoption of the MyFBM platform.
Establish account-based marketing (ABM) program and implement intelligent cross-selling and upselling across channels to grow our share of wallet with new and existing customers.
Drive engagement with self-service functionality to reduce cost to serve and ability to scale.
Craft and continually refine customer segmentation, customer journey management and attribution models.
Create and manage production schedules, coordinating execution from design to production.
Collaborate with digital analytics function to establish measurement framework, KPIs and instrumentation (tool set).
Report findings to internal audiences including digital and traditional (‘core’) marketing team members, eCommerce, merchandising, analytics team members, and executives in weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports.
Define and execute phased approach to maturing SEO and SEM.
Oversee relationships with external agencies and ad management partners.
Partner with IT to plan and execute digital marketing roadmap.
Monthly travel required.
Salary up to $132k; will commensurate with experience.
