JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implementation
Assist in implementation of CMiC operations software across a large organization with various team member goals and experiences.
Lead development of CMiC and operations training procedures and training documentation for various roles and workgroups.
Coordinate training plan with the implementation team.
Manage user acceptance of new software tools, BNB policies and procedures.
Assist in communication of CMiC rollout plans to all employees in the field.
Partner with various business units in implementation of CMiC training and rollout and assist with workflow preparation between departments.
Assist in company messaging related to CMiC implementation.
Develop a short- and long-term schedule for CMiC implementation across work groups and regions of company.
Travel to other offices may be required during initial implementation training.
Manage a team of internal resources to prepare and produce training materials and implementation techniques.
Post-Implementation
Assist in technical support for project teams after implementation.
Ensure continued smooth functioning of business operations within the system while keeping it aligned with the changing business needs.
Provide ongoing user support and training to any new or existing employees.
Monitor the performance of CMiC to identify and address bottlenecks, issues, or areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain reporting and analytics capabilities within CMiC and provide insight for strategic planning.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of CMiC processes and best practices.
Collaborate with leadership to align CMiC strategies with long-term business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager with a General Contractor.
CMiC R12 experience.
Large scale software training experience.
Experience implementing ERP systems and/or large software rollouts.
Database architecture knowledge and the relationship between front and backend applications a plus.
Mobile application implementation and training experience.
Overall good knowledge of Contract/Insurance Process, Project Accounting, and Project Management Principles and lifecycles.
Construction Industry knowledge required.
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including Office 365.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion.
Strong commitment to customer service with the ability to work with all groups within the organization.
Conflict resolution skills that have a constant risk management mindset.
Internal application knowledge is a plus.
Graduate of a four-year degree program in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or Management.
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
Good oral and written communication skills.
