Here at our Las Vegas location, we make Gypsum Wallboard. Your job as an Industrial Electrician is to help assist in the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment.

What’s the work Schedule?

Regular schedule: Monday – Friday 7 am to 3 pm with potential after hours calls
What’s the pay rate?

Level I Electrician – $32.91, Level II Electrician – $35.62, Level III Electrician – $36.60
What’s the Job?

Troubleshoots of PLC, AC Drive and QCS and performs routine troubleshooting and repair of basic electrical equipment
Assists in the design and assembly of motor starters and electrical controls
Runs conduit, pulls wires and makes routine connections
Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected
You and your experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Electrical trade school preferred
2-3 years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to use and operate electrical testing and calibration instruments, multi-meter and a variety of hand tools, proficient in troubleshooting of control circuits, using electrical diagrams, single lines and PLC ladder diagrams and fully versed in the National Electric Code
Must be able to run conduit and have experience with types of Benders – hand to hydraulic
