The Role of a Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a driven, strategic, and hands-on professional to research market conditions in national and international markets for virtual design and construction (VDC), augmented reality (AR), and building information modeling (BIM) products and services for the construction and building industries. You will collect and analyze data on customer preferences to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Conduct research on marketing strategies and measure customer satisfaction. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs. Forecast and track marketing and sales trends in the industry. Represent the company at industry trade shows held 6-8 times a year throughout the US.

Responsibilities (What you will do)
Conduct regular Market Research
Stay informed about the state of the Industry
Establish evaluation criteria for Marketing Strategy
Capture and assess feedback from users via feedback pipeline and testing for continuous improvement
Translate business needs into research questions, conduct tests, and synthesize learnings
Required (What we want to see in you)
2+ years of professional experience in a Marketing Specialist or Account Executive
Great communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly to a variety of different audiences
Track record of building strong customer relationships that result in delivering excellent customer solutions
Track record of taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
Track record of building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
