Job Description
PCI is seeking a Office Administrator for its Los Angeles 557 operations based in Anaheim, CA. This individual will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to the following:
Branch filing; both paper and electronic job files.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Process customer billing and collections of past due accounts.
Assist in contract management: contracts, insurance, etc.
Process in subcontractor coordination: subcontracts, insurance, etc.
Assist and provide support to Branch Staff as needed
Respond to incoming callers and email communications with excellent customer service skills.
The pay rate for this role is $45,600-61,000 annually of experience.
Requirements
Basic Requirements:
1-5 years of office experience; construction knowledge preferred but not required.
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate well with all levels of employees within the company.
Familiar with purchase order process knowledge but not required.
Able to work from Branch office and/or job-site locations, willing to travel as needed.
Backup support as needed to Assist Admin Team.
Preferred Requirements
Local to the greater Metro LA area.
