Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, the Talent Development Coordinator is responsible for:
Coordinating and performing a range of activities to ensure successful execution of Talent Development training and development programs.
Organizing and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.
Establishing, maintaining, and updating files, databases, records, and/or other documents related to performance management and the LMS system.
Coordinating and tracking program evaluations and assessment tools.
Handling logistics and course management duties.
Maintaining strong industry relationships.
Completing other responsibilities as assigned.

Effective coordination of onboarding activities

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Work within project team, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independently
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
Proficiency and knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate
Strong ability to multi-task
