Job Description Summary:
To perform variety of clerical and general office tasks in support of assigned location (i.e. department, project office, etc.)
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Ability to perform all essential duties of Junior Administrative Assistant as needed
Manage planning and logistics for training programs conducted by Swinerton and External Instructors
Oversee general training calendar development
Liaise with external training partners, research and manage external training resources and make recommendations on programs, vendors, instructors and materials
Develop, revise and maintain materials for all internal training programs and manage customized content used for external programs
Liaise with Division Management to analyze training needs and implement appropriate training programs
Coordinate selection, notification, and attendance for Training programs
Develop communications for new training initiatives and other topics
Conduct Surveys follow-up surveys for feedback of trainings conducted
Work with Division Management on a regular basis to improve training processes, content and attendance
Develop and manage Focused Programs for targeted employees
Manage and audit LMS training attendance tracking and related reporting
Work with Subject Matter Experts to design and develop courses as necessary
Complete other responsibilities as assigned
SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED
Three years of office/clerical experience or equivalent experience as a Training Coordinator
Ability to keyboard 50-60 wpm accurately
Word processing and/or data entry skills.
Proficient knowledge of general office procedures and office machines
Knowledge Transfer: Ability to learn and train others on the use of company-related or department-specific equipment and software (i.e. conference room equipment, MS Teams, GoToWebinar, Zoom, WorkDay Learning,)
Proficient in English verbal communication skills, including professional telephone manner
Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
Must be able to travel for offsite training, meetings or other work-related events
