JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible to oversee designated Project Document & Data Management workface(s)
Provide insight and thoroughly follow the PDDM Quality and Execution Plans
May edit project workflows, Job Bulletins, work processes, quality checklist templates, and other.
PDDM Job Book templates to be submitted for approval.
Execute designated PDDM workfaces if working independently.
Complete some project start up and close out activities that will be required for execution.
Responsible for delivering all execution reporting on predetermined processes.
20-40% Travel required based on need.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A combination of education and directly related experience equal to fifteen (15) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
Four (4) year technical degree, diploma, or global equivalent preferred
Requires fifteen (15) years of project related experience related to CQV/TOP’s
Project related experience in the engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction (EPFC) industry.
Thorough, working knowledge of and experience with computers and specialized software programs such as electronic document management systems, relational databases, and internet-based project collaboration systems.
Strong organizational skills, judgment, and flexibility
Demonstrated problem resolution and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to adapt to change, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Capable of traversing over construction-type terrain when under development; moving through the construction site and the materials in place for use on the site; climbing ladders and temporary stairways; conducting visual inspections of quality of construction and materials being used in construction. Conduct jobsite walks to ensure successful project completion. Conduct jobsite walks to identify and eliminate safety hazards.
