Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Manager to join our team. As the Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of treasury operations, including cash management, risk management, and financial planning. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our Company’s financial resources and ensuring efficient cash flow management. You will also lead other treasury activities such as managing credit card fees, conducting Request for Proposal (RFP) process for treasury services, implementing financing programs, and preparing financial schedules. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical abilities, and excellent leadership skills.

Essential Functions:
Monitor daily cash positions, forecast cash flow requirements, and make recommendations for cash management activities.
Evaluate and maintain short term cash flow forecast models to increase efficiency in debt borrowing/paydown decisions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely cash forecasting and budgeting.
Manage administration of the Company’s bank accounts including bank Know Your Customer (KYC).
Evaluate and manage financial risks, including interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and credit risk.
Maintain relationships with banking partners and service providers and negotiate favorable terms for the services.
Oversee the execution of financial transactions, such as debt issuance, foreign exchange and interest rate transactions.
Ensure compliance with debt covenants, Payment Card Industry (PCI), relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
Manage merchant services, credit card processing, and related fees.
Prepare wire transfer, ACH, EFT requests and initiate payments.
Analyze and verify bank analysis charges.
Respond to requests and questions from operating branches.
Prepare and calculate interest accruals for debt and swaps/collars.
Support ECommerce payment processing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CTP) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Treasury Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of cash management, financial instruments, and risk management techniques.
Experience with debt and service agreements
Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
Familiarity with cash forecasting and banking platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to make sound financial decisions.
Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
This position will be onsite at our Santa Ana offices with a Monday through Friday schedule.
