Albert Carrillo

Bio

Albert Carrillo began his construction career in Arizona as an applicator for stucco, EIFS, fireproofing and interior plaster. He spent over ten years as a field services manager and regional sales manager for Dryvit Systems Inc. a major EIFS manufacturer. In 2008, he was hired as the Arizona Manager for the Western Wall & Ceiling Contractor Association. In 2015, he was promoted to CEO of the WWCCA covering the Southwest Region.

Nick Carrillo

Bio

Nick Carrillo is a construction industry and nonprofit trade association professional. His diverse experience in the industry includes working on jobsites and selling building materials as a specialty products salesman. He also has experience completing jobsite evaluations and excelled at contractor trainings as a technical sales representative. His experience includes serving as Vice President for an international contractor association and is currently a multi-state manager for Western Wall and Ceiling Contractors Association.

Reka Miank has been working for WWCCA since 1996. Reka is the office manager and oversees all association-related functions. She is also directly responsible for HR, member management, accounting, events and social media. She has grown up in the industry with a family background in architecture, real estate and general construction. She saw the association evolve over time from CWCCA, representing only California members, to moving into Nevada, Arizona and the other states represented by WWCCA today. Fun fact, when she started, there was no internet (in the general business world that is.)

WWCCA’s newest hire, Jesse joined the team at the beginning of 2022. As the Administrator for the California office, Jesse performs a variety of functions to help optimize process flow, assist in database management, and support the day-to-day operations within the association. Jesse’s academic background in administration and his people-first approach to business make him an invaluable asset to the WWCCA team in helping to serve our members.

Debbie Britt has worked in the Nevada office of Western Wall & Ceiling Contractors Association on a part-time basis for the past 12 years. She joined WWCCA after retiring from her previous position. She’s now a stellar part of our team. She totally enjoys working with our contractor and affiliate members in Las Vegas. Prior to WWCCA, she worked for General Electric in both administration and IT. She left GE to start Paradigm Systems, Inc., a custom software company in Kentucky. She also co-owned Paradigm Gaming Systems which brought her to Nevada.

Jamie Kovacs worked in the Orange office of WWCCA & TSIB for the past glorious four years. She loves every minute of work, but family is the center of her life. On the job, she loves the interactions with the WWCCA team, members and affiliates. They bring a smile to her face. Jamie is a master of traits and talents and has ventured into several different types of jobs. She loves people. Loves her job. And that says it all.

Brett Henry

Brett Henry started in the trades in the late 80s, including 13 years as an installer of numerous plaster products. Brett spent 23 years with Dryvit Systems, Inc. where he held technical and sales management positions. Most recently Brett served as a Regional Sales Manager for Tremco Construction Products Group.
