Kii is a true leader in her role here at Raymond Southern California. Your usual duties involve starting well before the project begins with pre-planning all the way through close out and she does it very well. She also is involved with the GC team such as meetings, coordination and getting to know their teams. She also involves herself with the field progression and activities to make sure she has all her basis covered through all aspects of the projects. Not to mention the size of these projects are very large. Her most recent projects include 2 NFL stadiums, 1 NBA stadium, NHL minor league stadium, and an 80-story hotel project to name a few. She truly loves what she does, and it really shows.

Over the past 4 years at Martin Bros., Vanessa has been an integral part of our acoustical division, playing a key role in its growth and continued success. As a project manager, she has overseen projects totaling over millions in value, consistently maintaining strong relationships with vendors, partners, and general contractors. In addition to her dedication and work ethic, Vanessa actively mentors and advises team members, helping them grow and contribute to the division’s overall success—showcasing the type of leader and team member she is!

Terri is the key foundation in the office. She is always welcoming and on top of growth, her willingness to learn new skills and take time out of the day-to-day busy schedule in front of her in order to teach others so we can gain more knowledge as a whole, and she is always pushing others to be their best in every way, shape and form!
The fundamentals of a great business start with the owner and its workers. Terri Henry has been here for 22 years now and she has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to make sure safety, communication, growth and happiness fill each and every one of our days and is always the one each person goes to with any problems because we know she can solve it! She is always putting work and others first while NEVER asking for anything in return.

Mary is truly the heart of the company. She cares deeply about each person and always takes care of everyone. she battled cancer once before and won. but as of 2023, it struck again. She has been going through chemotherapy, radiation and multiple doctor appointments, but This woman cannot be stopped, even by stage 4 lung cancer. We just celebrated her birthday yesterday and it just proved how loved she is because everyone cleared their calendars to make sure they were present. She takes care of so much in the office for Superior wall systems like insurance certificates, union job registrations, DMV renewals, office supplies, maintenance and phone management.
