Responsibilities of the position include:

Maintain the warehouse in a neat, safe and orderly manner.
Ensure proper levels of inventory are maintained and receive all deliveries
Process transfer tickets and receiving documents in a timely and accurate manner.
Verify counts of material as necessary and document any discrepancies.
Supervise loading of materials and equipment to ensure accurate, efficient and timely deliveries.
Maintain and schedule repair work on small tools and on all vehicles and equipment to meet regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and schedule trucks for timely delivery.
Organize and staff the warehouse to achieve efficient operations.
Maintain building and grounds.
Operate forklift and other company vehicles as instructed.
Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
Conform to all company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements of the position include:

Ability to operate a forklift and other company vehicles and obtain operator’s certification of same.
Ability to obtain a commercial driver’s license if required.
5 years in the trade or 10 years in a warehouse managerial role.
Ability and willingness to learn basic construction principles.
Knowledge of Windows applications; including Microsoft Office and other operating systems.Salary Range: $65,000 -$85,000 per year. Based on experience.
