Her portfolio includes notable projects like MGM City Center, Apple Campus 2, Soboba Casino, Logan Memorial Elementary School, and San Diego Airport Terminal 2. Kelley is also a member of NAWIC and is LEED Certified.

Known for her dedication to quality and efficiency, she readily tackles challenges and is committed to continuous improvement, as seen in her decision to take a specialized course in paperhanging. Her proactive approach to seeking mentorship and leveraging it to enhance her skills further underscores her value as a team member.

Notable projects in her career include the Ventura County Medical Center, Huntington Memorial Hospital, and Kaiser Medical Center projects, all requiring detailed coordination under OSHPD regulations. Her work has not only spanned complex healthcare facilities but also educational and community-oriented projects like the CSU Long Beach Parkside North Student Housing and Martin Luther King, Jr. Behavioral Health Center. Currently, she is advancing the UC Irvine Medical Campus project, showcasing her leadership and paving the way for her next role as a Project Manager post-project.
