JOB SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for the timely and effective communication to our job sites through a professional attitude at all times. This position is considered the Company’s front line of contact with the costumer, whose purpose is to understand customer equipment/material needs and place orders.
SALARY RANGE: $28 – $32 hourly, $58,240.00 – $66,560.00 annually (companywide)

Annual Discretionary Bonus based on company profitability and your manager’s assessment of your performance.
A 401(k) savings plan under which BNB matches the first three percent of your deferral with a 100% match and the next two percent with a 50% match for a total matching contribution of 4% of your pay. You are immediately 100% vested in all contributions (including BNB match). We provide both traditional (Pre-Tax) and Roth (post –tax) contribution options in our 401(k) plan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order Desk
Create a positive and consistent customer service experience.
Accurately capture all information (required or additional) pertaining to a complete order.
Strong communication with the customer in the event of back orders. This includes tracking orders through its entirety.
Working with the Senior Warehouse member, setting daily and weekly delivery calendar.
Effective communication and hand off to the Purchasing team for action needed from them.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through appropriate channels in the operation.
Establishes formal and informal communications with other team members and keeping Management aware of potential challenges with customer orders (shortages, missed delivery etc).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical school certificate or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Great working knowledge of tools and equipment used in the construction industry.
Working knowledge of building materials, and consumables.
Able to work with very minimal supervision.
Ability to work as a team member.
Proficient in Microsoft applications – Outlook, Word, Excel.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record based upon company policy.
Strong communication skills electronically, by phone and in-person.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, communicate, reach and manipulate objects, tools or controls. The position requires mobility. Duties involve moving materials weighing up to 10 pounds on a regular basis and up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 50% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, mouse, calculator and similar machines.
